| (1) | An oath or a declaration of allegiance contemplated in section 14(3)(a) of the Act must be made in a form that is substantially similar to Form 3 in Schedule A. |
| (2) | The oath or declaration of allegiance must be made before the Commissioner or any person authorised by the Commissioner for that purpose. |
| (3) | An officer who has sworn an oath or made a declaration of allegiance under subregulation (1) remains bound by that oath or declaration after leaving employment with the Authority. |
