| (b) | by the deletion in the definition of ‘‘specific environmental management Act’’ of the comma at the end of paragraph (h) and the insertion of a semi-colon and the word ‘‘or’’; and |
| (c | by the addition to the definition of ‘‘specific environmental management Act’’ of the following paragraph: |
‘‘(i) the Climate Change Act, 2024.’’
