Category 2 notifiable medical conditions to be notified through a written or electronic notification to the Department of Health within seven (7) days of clinical or laboratory diagnosis by health care providers, private health laboratories or public health laboratories:

1.	Bilharzia (schistosomiasis)
2.	Brucellosis
3.	Congenital syphillis
4.	Haemophilus influenzae type B
5.	Hepatitis A
6.	Hepatitis B
7.	Hepatitis C
8.	Hepatitis E
9.	Lead poisoning
10.	Legionellosis
11.	Leprosy
12.	Maternal death (pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium)
13.	Soil transmitted helminths (Ascaris Lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiuria, Ancylostoma duodenale, Necator americanus)
14.	Tetanus
15.	Tuberculosis: pulmonary
16.	Tuberculosis: extra-pulmonary
17.	Tuberculosis: multidrug-resistant (MDR-TB)
18.	Tuberculosis: extensively drug-resistant (XDR-TB)
