| (1) | A notice by the applicant of a plant breeder's right of a withdrawal of an application for a plant breeder's right submitted in terms of section 16 must be furnished to the Registrar on a form obtainable from the office of the Registrar. |
| (2) | A duly completed and signed form must sent electronically, mailed, hand delivered or couriered to the office of the Registrar. |
