28. Request for DUS test and trials results by authority of another country

(1) The Registrar may in terms of section 50 provide to an appropriate authority the DUS test results derived from tests and trials undertaken in terms of section 26 upon payment of the fee specified in item 17 of Table 1.

 

(2) The DUS tests and trials results will not be provided to any person other than the Plant Breeder's Right Authority of the requesting country.
