By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 19(1)(a)of the South African Reserve Bank Act (Act No. 90 of 1989), I hereby declare—
(a) | that the fourth decimal coin series as set out in Section (b) of the Schedule 2 of the said Act, which will be manufactured, and will be issued by virtue of section 16(1) of the said Act, will be legal tender as from 1 January 2023; and |
(b) | that the design of the said coins will be the designs as shown and which are attached to this notice; and |
(c) | that the specifications of the said coin are as follows: |
