| (a) | The client agrees to pay the architectural professional the fees for the services as recorded in the formal agreement entered into by the parties; |
| (b) | Where a project cost-based fee is applied, the final fee is calculated on the final cost of the works. |
| (c) | This fee is based on a budget for the works for fee calculation purposes, and shall be adjusted on the final cost of the works. |
