139.03.9 Notification of heliport data and information

(1)An applicant for the issuing of a heliport licence shall establish a procedure to notify the ATSU concerned and the Director—
(a)of the heliport data and information;
(b)of any limitation on the use of the heliport contemplated in regulation 139.01.3;
(c)of compliance with regulation 139.03.7;
(d)as soon as possible, of any change which may affect the use of the heliport; and
(e)any other information required in terms of regulations in Part 175.

 

(2)A notification contemplated in subregulation (1) shall be made in the appropriate prescribed form.
