Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

An application for the issuing of a design organisation approval or an amendment

thereof, shall be—

(a)	made in the prescribed form and manner; and

(b)	accompanied by—

(i)	the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187;

(ii)	the manual of procedure referred to in regulation 147.02.2; and

(iii)

the terms of approval requested to be issued under regulation 147.02.8, for which application is being made.
