(1) |
The following fees are, subject to the provisions of sub-regulation (2), payable: |

(a) |
for issuance of an operating certificate in terms of regulation 127.06.2 for a helicopter in the certificated mass class of— |

less than 1 500 kg |

(ii) |
1 500 kg - 5 700 kg |

(iii) |
greater than 5 700 kg |

(b) |
for each helicopter placed on the operating certificate in the certificated mass class of— |

(c) |
for renewal of an operating certificate referred to in paragraph (a) in respect of a helicopter in the certificated mass class of— |

| (2) | Where an application for an operating certificate or a renewal thereof relates to more than one certificated mass class helicopter, the fee payable is in respect of a helicopter in the highest all up certificated mass class applicable to Part 127. |
