4. Registrar

(1)The Commission—
(a)may exercise the powers and must perform the duties assigned to the Registrar by this Act; and
(b)is responsible for the administration of the Registration Office.

(3)The Commission may delegate any of the powers and entrust any of the duties of the Registrar to any officer or employee in the Commission.
