Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993)

Any person who does not comply with the provisions of sections 39, 40, 47, 64, 68, 81, 82 and 83 of this Act shall be liable to a penalty or penalties as specified in the said sections.
