Rule Description |
001 |
Referral by the principal doctor with a copy of the referral letter is required. Only one visit per day and a maximum of 10 (ten) visits per claim are allowed. For more visits, motivation letter is required. |
003 |
Dietary services are per individual patient. |
011 |
Compilation of reports: To be used to motivate for therapy and give a progress report, where such a report is specifically required by the Compensation Fund. |
