I, Nomakhosazana Meth, Minister of Employment and Labour, after consultation with the Compensation Board and the Commissioner, hereby make the following regulations in terms of Section 97 read with section 73(4) (a) and (b) and 73(5) of Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No 130 of 1993) as amended.

The regulations are attached as Schedule A.
