In the interests of a healthy industry that delivers value to clients and society; the parties in any public or private construction-related procurement should in their dealings with each other:

2.1Behave equitably, honestly and transparently.
2.2Discharge duties and obligations timeously and with integrity.
2.3Comply with all applicable legislation and associated regulations.
2.4Satisfy all relevant requirements established in procurement documents.
2.5Avoid conflicts of interest.
2.6Not maliciously or recklessly injure or attempt to injure the reputation of another party.
