| (1) | The PICC may, at a duly constituted meeting and subject to section 15(8) of the Act, assign a task related to the functions, duties and responsibilities of the PICC to a member or members of the PICC who are present at the particular meeting. |
| (2) | The assignment of a task as contemplated in sub-regulation (1) must— |
| (a) | indicate the timeframe within which the member or members must complete the task and report to the PICC; and |
| (b) | be captured in the minutes of the meeting. |
