12. Funds of Regulator

1)
a)moneys appropriated by Parliament;
b)moneys received by way of grant, contribution, donation or inheritance from any source inside or outside the Republic; and
c)moneys that may accrue from any other source.

 

2)The Regulator shall utilise its funds to defray the expenses incurred by the Regulator in the performance of its functions under this Act.

 

3)Moneys received by way of grant, contribution, donation or inheritance shall be utilised in accordance with any conditions imposed by
