5. Application of these Rules

These Rules shall apply to a Tribunal sitting over matters brought under:

 

1. section 26(2) of the Gas Act;

 

2. section 25(2) of the Petroleum Pipelines Act; or

 

3. section 18 of the Electricity Regulation Act.
