Independent Communications Authority of South Africa

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“the Authority”) hereby issues a notice to increase administrative fees associated with applications and registrations of Service Licences in line with regulation 3(2)(b) of the General Licence Fees Regulations as published in Government Gazette No. 299 of 2013.

Effective from 1 April 2026, all administrative fees associated with applications and registrations relating to Service Licences will be increased by 3.2% based on the average Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Schedule 1 contains the administrative fees relating to Service licences and will be effective from 1 April 2026.
