3. Condonation of time limits

(1) On good cause shown, the chairperson may condone late performance of an act in respect of which these Rules and prescribe a time limit, other than a time limit that is binding on the Enforcement Committee itself.

 

(2) The chairperson may have regard to the following—
(a) The nature and extent of the delay;
(b) The reason for the failure to act or make a submission timeously;
(c) The nature and extent of any prejudice in not granting condonation; and
(d) Whether it would be in the public interest that the appeal be allowed.
