| (1) | A complaint shall be lodged in writing with the Registrar setting out in detailthe acts or omissions complained of by the complainant against the registered person. |
| (2) | The complaint will be transmitted to the Council for consideration of the allegation and to prepare a charge sheet. |
| (3) | The charge sheet setting out the details and nature of the charge will be delivered to the registered person to admit or deny the charge, in writing. |
| (4) | If the registered person denies or admits a charge where a sanction comtemplated in section 24(4)(c) and (d) may be imposed in respect of such charge the Registrar shall transmit the complaint to the council. |
| (5) | Upon receipt of the registered person's denial or admission of the charge in terms of subregulation (4) the councilmust appoint the tribunal to hear the matter. |
| (6) | The Tribunal may in writing require a complainant to verify his or her complaint by affidavit and to provide such further information and documents relating to the complaint. |
| (7) | A complaint once transmitted to the Tribunal, it shall not be with-drawn without leave of the Tribunal. |
