| 1) | There is a President’s Co-ordinating Council consisting of— |
| a) | the President; |
| b) | the Deputy President; |
| c) | the Minister in the Presidency; |
| d) | the Minister; |
| e) | the Cabinet member responsible for finance; |
| f) | the Cabinet member responsible for the public service; |
| g) | the Premiers of the nine provinces; and |
| h) | a municipal councillor designated by the national organisation representing organised local government. |
| 2) | The President is the chairperson of the Council. |
| 3) | The President may invite any person not mentioned in subsection (1) to a meeting of the Council. |
