Chapter 2 : Intergovernmental Structures

1)	There is a President’s Co-ordinating Council consisting of—

a)	the President;

b)	the Deputy President;

c)	the Minister in the Presidency;

d)	the Minister;

e)	the Cabinet member responsible for finance;

f)	the Cabinet member responsible for the public service;

g)	the Premiers of the nine provinces; and

h)	a municipal councillor designated by the national organisation representing organised local government.

2)	The President is the chairperson of the Council.

3)	The President may invite any person not mentioned in subsection (1) to a meeting of the Council.
