3.1As per the provisions of clause 3.1 of Part 1 of this Agreement.

 

3.2Hourly wage rates to be increased by 6.5% with effect from the coming into operation of this Agreement.

 

3.3Every employer must pay each employee an hourly rate, which is not less than the Minimum hourly rate prescribed in the tables below:
