H. General

43. Council Levies

43.1Each employer must deduct a Bargaining Council Levy of R2.00 per week from the salary/wage of each employee, with effect from the coming into operation of this Agreement;

 

43.2Employers must pay to the Bargaining Council an amount equivalent to that deducted from all its employees, with effect from the coming into operation of this Agreement.

 

43.3As per the provisions of Clause 43.3 of Part 1of this Agreement.

 

43.4As per the provisions of Clause 43.4 of Part 1 of this Agreement.
