Notice is hereby given that the Code of Good Practice: Dismissal is issued by the Minister of Employment and Labour after consideration by NEDLAC in terms of section 203(2A) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995) to take effect on the date of publication of this Code.  The publication of this Code repeals Schedule 8 Code of Good Practice on Dismissal; and the Code of Good Practice Based on Operation Requirements published in the Government Notice 1517 in Government Gazette 20254 of 16 July 1999.
