(1)An employer shall pay the employee the following amounts for completed years of service:
(i)5 years completed service the amount of R500,00;
(ii)10 years completed service the amount of R1 500,00;
(iii)15 years completed service the amount of R2 000,00;
(iv)20 years completed service the amount of R2 500,00;

 

(2)For the purpose of this clause, completed years of service shall be calculated from 1 August 2003.
