CORRECTION NOTICE

 

The following correction to Government Notice No. R.5912 appearing in Government Gazette No. 52185 of 28 February 2025, is hereby published for general information.

 

Please replace the Government Notices stipulated in the notice mentioned above with the following Government notice as mentioned in the notice below:

 

I, NOMAKHOSAZANA METH, Minister of Employment and Labour hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a)(ii) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the provisions of Government Notice R.2119 of 28 May 2022 to be effective from 28 February 2025 and for the period ending 31 August 2025.
