(1) This part of the Agreement applies in the Western Cape Province, specifically to Area B which includes the magisterial districts of Beaufort West, Bergriver, Breede Valley, Cape Agulhas, Cederberg, Hessequa, Kannaland, Laingsburg, langeberg, Matzikama, Swartland, Saldanha Bay, Oversstrand, Prince Albert, Swellendam, Theewaterskloof and Witzenberg.
