(1) This part of the Agreement shall apply specifically to Area "A" in the Western Cape Province, in the Magisterial Districts of Atlantis, Bellville, Cape Town, Goodwood, Kuils River, Malmesbury, Michells Plain, Paarl, Simon's Town, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Strand, Wellington, Worcester and Wynberg.  Additionally, the Agreement shall also be observed in the Northern Cape and Eastern Cape.
