I, Lehlohonolo Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby, as required by Section 109(2) of the Act, give notice that I have in terms of Section 106(2A) cancelled the registration of Pressure Equipment Manufacturers’ Association of South Africa (PEMA) (LR 2/6/3/180) with effect from 07/03/2025.

Any person who is aggrieved by the decision regarding the cancellation of the registration of the employer's organisation may lodge an appeal with the Labour Court against the decision in terms of Section 111 of the Act.
