I, STEPHEN DAVID RATHAI, Director: Collective Bargaining, duly authorized by the Minister of Employment and Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a)(i) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, extend the period fixed in Government Notice R.4209 of 22 December 2023 by a further period starting from 1 January 2026 and for a further period ending 30 April 2026.
