Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995)

Sick notes issued by Traditional healers will be recognized if issued by a Traditional healer who is registered with a Professional council recognized by an Act of parliament. Further discussion on the validation and acceptability of such sick notes is to take place the company level.
