Notices

(1)	An employer must ensure that a copy of the Determination is available and accessible to the employee.

(2)	give a copy of that sectoral determination—

(i)	to an employee who has paid the prescribed fee; and

(ii)	free of charge, on request, to an employee who is a registered trade union representative.
