The National Contract Cleaners Association (NCCA)

BEECA Cleading Association

(hereinafter referred to as "the Employers" or "the Employers Organisation ") of the one part, and the

South Africa n Transport and Allied Workers Union (SATAWU)

National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (NUMSA)

Hotel, Liquor, catering Commercial & Allied Workers Union (HOTELICCA)

(hereinafter referred to as the "Employee" or the "Trade Unions", of the other part, being parties to the Regional Bargaining Council for The Contract Cleaning Sector (Excluding Kwa-Zulu Natal).
