24. Shift Allowance

Employees shall be paid a non-pensionable shift allowance equivalent to 11% of the employee's basic salary. Shift allowance calculations will be based on the basic rate of pay applicable to the employee concerned, will be non-pensionable and will be effective from 1 July 2025 for parties to the agreement and on the date determined by the Minister of Employment and Labour for

non-parties.
