45. Short title

(1)This Act is called the Local Government: Municipal Demarcation Act, 1998, and takes effect on the date on which the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998, comes into effect.

 

(2)Chapter 1 comes into effect on the date of the publication of this Act.
