Marine Traffic Act, 1981 (Act No. 2 of 1981)

Warships, submarines or other underwater vehicles present in the territorial waters and which constitute or form part of a visiting force as defined in section 1 of the Defence Act, 1957 (Act No. 44 of 1957) are hereby exempted from the provisions of the Act.
