The pool shall be conducted under the following conditions:
| (a) | Production cost and delivery tracking: The pool operator calculates the total produce delivered by all participants. |
| (b) | Proportional valuation: A participants share in the pool is determined by their proportion and quality of the total produce delivered. |
| (c) | Cost management: The participant’s production cost pertaining to the delivered produce is calculated on a per-unit basis, to determine net returns. |
| (d) | Regulatory compliance: Pools adhere to regulatory requirements. |
| (e) | Operational management: The pool is part of a broader, long-term strategy for marketing. |
