I, John Henry Steenhuisen, Minister for Agriculture, acting under sections 10, 13, 14  and 19 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 (Act No 47 of 1996), hereby establish the statutory measure relating to the registration of persons involved in the secondary dairy industry, as set out in the Schedule.
