I, John Henry Steenhuisen, Minister for Agriculture, acting under sections 10, 13, 14  and 18 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 (Act No 47 of 1996), hereby establish the statutory measure relating to records and returns in respect of milk and other dairy products, as set out in the attached Schedule.
