19B. Compliance with INF Code

(1)Every vessel must comply with the requirements of the INF Code as it applies to that vessel and shall be surveyed and issued with a Certificate of Fitness in accordance with those requirements.

 

(2)INF cargo required to be carried on Class INF 3 vessels shall not be allowed on passenger vessels.
