| (1) | Upon satisfactory completion of an initial or renewal inspection contemplated in regulation 23, the certifying authority must issue in respect of a vessel that complies with the requirements of these regulations a certificate of fitness, stating— |
| (a) | the name of the vessel; |
| (b) | the marking assigned to the vessel; |
| (c) | the name, identity number and address of the owner of the vessel; |
| (d) | the type and category of vessel; |
| (e) | the overall length of the vessel and, where available, its gross tonnage; |
| (f) | the vessel's home port; and |
| (g) | the maximum number of persons permitted to be carried on the vessel, as determined in accordance with regulation 11(2). |
