| (1) | Forms to be completed in terms of these Regulations can be obtained from the South African Reserve Bank, Authority, P.O. Box 8432, Pretoria, 0001, and shall be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions, directives and interpretations contained in the applicable chapters of these Regulations. |
| (2) | Mutual Banks are not obliged to use the forms provided by the Authority, but reproductions used by mutual banks shall in all respects correspond to the prescribed forms. |
| (3) | Additional facilities are provided by the Authority for the rendition of information, required to be contained in the prescribed statements and returns, by electronic means, and further details in this regard can be obtained from the said Office. |
