means a written permission in the form of—
| (a) | a nuclear licence; |
| (b) | a nuclear site licence; |
| (c) | a nuclear vessel licence; |
| (d) | a certificate of registration; |
| (e) | a certificate of exemption; |
| (f) | an authorisation to manufacture; or |
| (g) | any other written permission granted by the Regulator; |
