Notifiable railway occurrences include the following:
| (a) | Operational railway occurrences; |
| (b) | security-related railway incidents; |
| (c) | railway occurrences related to the transportation of dangerous goods; |
| (d) | crowd related railway occurrences; and |
| (e) | industrial action related railway occurrences. |
