| 4. | Brake if visibility is restricted or in accordance with cross traffic and pedestrians. |
| 5. | Select appropriate gear, if necessary. |
| 8. | Apply parking brake, if applicable. |
| 9. | Select neutral, if applicable. |
| 10. | Select gear, if necessary. |
| 11. | Observe, if applicable. |
| 12. | Release parking brake, if applicable. |
| 13. | Move off/proceed if safe. |

Right of way shall be given to traffic which was first to stop.
