| (1) | An employer or user of machinery who has any substance set out in column 1 of Schedule A of these Regulations or any mixture thereof, in a quantity which at any time is equal to or in excess of the quantity specified opposite that the substance in column 2 on his premises in a single fixed storage vessel, shall forthwith notify the divisional inspector thereof on the form set out in Schedule B of these Regulations.
