Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993)

The Noise-Induced Hearing Loss Regulations, 2003, published as Government Notice No. R. 307 of 7 March 2003, will be repealed 18-months after the date of promulgation of the Noise Exposure Regulations.
