9. Maintenance of controls

Every employer or self-employed person must, as far as is reasonably practicable, ensure that any control provided for the benefit of employees—

 

(a) complies with these Regulations;

 

(b) is fully and appropriately implemented; and

 

(c) is maintained in good working order.
