20. Publishing of information relating to uncommitted capacity

(1)A licensee must publish information relating to uncommitted capacity at its petroleum storage facility as and when directed to do so by NERSA.

 

(2)The licensee must publish the information contemplated in sub-rule (1) above on its website and must keep copies of the information at the relevant facility for viewing by interested parties.
